This office has been wonderful. Dr. Schmidt has great knowledge and a fantastic, patient way of setting you at ease. His assistant Kabeer is amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable at taking you through all the details on technical matters and billing. He was a master at showing me how to use contact lenses. Highly recommend this office. They value their patients/customers.
Never again will I visit this location. The first time they didn’t get my permission to conduct an extra option (few years ago) and then charged me. I called them to let them know upon leaving that I noticed an additional charge for something that no one asked me if I wanted or needed, it was acted like it was part of the annual eye appointment. A couple of days ago, I went to the MyEye Dr in Chantilly. I had a great experience. Anne helped me check my insurance. Dr. Schmidt was very friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions. Kabeer helped me choose different glass frames to compare and he was very professional and not pushy. He helped me to make the final decision on which pair to get. Overall, I had a great experience there and want to thank everyone.
