Outstanding with My Eye Dr. and the entire staff Love the eye Dr and Leah Peters
The website says they take Medicaid- they actually just choose 3 plans to cover and tell the rest to pay out of pocket. Very disappointing when they are listed as accepting through find a provider.
Amazing customer service. The 2 ladies at the front desk Shaylah and Leah were amazing.
They have no compassion for patients, on time And still turned away after a year of constantly being rescheduled and told others are more important even though my appointments were made 6 months in advance. I will never support My Eye Dr again. Its obviously they only care about money.
This place and appointment protacol the worst they make you comfirm your appointment twice through email and if you don't answer their phone call to COMFIRM AGAIN they automatically cancel your appointment they've canceled 2 of my son's appointments. they don't leave you a VM to even let you know they called even though you've confirmed TWICE THROUGH EMAIL.
