Walked in without an appointment because of an eye emergency and Dr Melinda Johnson didn’t hesitate when they asked if she could fit me in and she’s the first doctor to actually tell me what was causing my eye to inflame previously doctors notated it but none had actually told me there was a diagnosis
The whole team at eye med on Hulen were very awesome. I really like Dr. Johnson
First visit - AMAZING TEAM! Greeted and directed me for my appointment as soon as I walked in (YES - acknowledge me when I walk in) - got me signed in and seen within 5 minutes of sitting down. Friendly check-in and quick. When I went to the back the tech checked me in and we spoke like we’d known each other for some time. Doctor was quick and got me to laugh my anxiety out naturally lol. I felt welcomed and the experience was what I needed to brighten my day.
I took my glasses in to get repaired for my warranty. It took two weeks for them to fix it. They called me and they emailed me to tell me that my order is ready. I rushed after work to come and find out that my order is not ready, and I do not have any lenses. That wasn’t even the issue and then he just tries to pass the buck on the person who proceeded the order Instead of trying to resolve the problem
I usually don't leave Google reviews, but I had the best experience here. With this being my first time at this eye doctor I was a little nervous. Melinda Johnson, OD made me feel comfortable. She was so personable and pleasant, we cracked a few jokes and had good conversations. I didn't get the name of the associate who ringed me out for my new glasses but she was also super sweet! Truly a great experience over all!
