I’ve worn glasses my entire life, and this is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I purchased a $650 set of glasses from them about 1.5 years ago, a pair of ray-ban wayfarers with prescription lenses. The frames under both lenses in the exact same spot, came apart in my hands while I was gently cleaning them. I went to the store, they told me I would need to go through ray-ban. No problem. Brought our 3 year old for his yearly eye exam and couldn’t be more pleased. We have used many offices over the years, but this was easily our favorite. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the dr, to the lady who SOOO patiently helped him find some glasses were amazing. All very kind and had a great attitude!
The doctor and staff are great!
The doctors and the staff at Myeyedoctor Cullman are fantastic. Each one spends time with you to get to know; if you like contacts or glasses; how long you've been wearing them. For example I have worn contacts for many decades, so they don't force me to learn how to put my contacts in again or all the other steps that go with first time users. You can get in and out of the office in a reasonable amount of time even after the staff assist you in every area. I highly recommend.
