My contact script has been paid for and ready for days now. I have went to pick up these lenses during NORMAL business hours twice, with no luck! The 1st time I was told that the appropriate person is not here to authorization them to be picked up, and the 2nd time (two days later), I was advised that EVERYONE was at lunch so she could not give me the lens script that has been paid for sitting behind the desk?!??! Patty and Dr Hernandez make a great team. For more than 3 years my family and I have been coming here to get our exams and glasses. I recommend them every opportunity I get. They get my prescription right every time. No need to come back or go anywhere else
