Dr Abby Crawford and her staff are amazing. The appointments are so efficient! The kindness from the gals from the time you walk in the door and throughout the entire process is phenomenal. The help they offer during the frame selection, going over insurance, and answering all questions is done with great patience and extreme interest in ensuring you have the best experience and make the best choices with your purchase.
All of the staff here are kind and very helpful. Maddy and Beth at the front desk went above and beyond. I had a billing issue from a different MyEyeDr location and they completely took care of it for me. Dr. Petcov is also great; he’s quick but never makes me feel rushed and always takes the time to answer my questions.
Dr. Petcov is very knowledgeable, superfriendly, he cares about his patients. He takes his time explaining everything you need to know about your eye health. My wife and son are also pts. We think he's great!
The staff here are truly wonderful. They made a stressful and hard situation as simple and as easy as they could for me. So grateful for the genuine kindness and understating they showed. Amaya made my whole week!! Never going anywhere else. It’s obvious they value you as a human being here, and do the best they can to take care of you. I hope the staff here understands how greatly appreciated their simple acts of kindness are.
I will be forever grateful to Dr. Reppert. He saw some problems and suggested I go to the emergency room. I was diagnosed with some problems that would not have been noticed without the tests done that Dr. Reppert suggested. I know you care about your patients and ho the extra length. THANK YOU.
