More of a sales pitch than a healthcare service here, for contact lens fitting. Can agree with others that appointment felt rushed. Lots of upselling going on here. For contact lenses: I was upsold to dailies. Did not receive feedback on how my vision changed based on the contact lens fitting. The price difference between dailies and monthlies was not underscored, which should be a major part of the discussion (not only the comfort of having un-dry lenses, by virtue of tossing them out at end of day). Dr. Caruso was kind, thorough and efficient and answered all my questions. Elizabeth at the front desk went above and beyond to get me the best deal, which I really appreciated.
Eye doctor is great, but extremely misleading and outright lying from the optician selling glasses under the guise of a single transaction to apply insurance / discounts. The high pressure sales had 3 misleading statements to push an upsell following by an outright billing lie. The woman was so pushy and narcissistic I would expect her to try to respond to this post with further misleading statements. Edit: Eye consultant stated it was the law that they could not let me pay for my eye exam separately from purchase of glasses... read more
The team was very informative and friendly. Melissa was great! This was my first time going for an eye exam in years and she helped me find the perfect pair of glasses.
