Montoya was absolutely amazing!!! Very friendly and got me taken care of very quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I’ll never go anywhere else for my eye exams or glasses.
So you spend $400 out of pocket close to $1000 with insurance and you can't glass cleaner liquid without a cost. One with think as they were handling my glasses they would have cleaned them automatically nope. Or asked how they were fitting Nope since all my glasses were purchased through here. When I asked for some cleaner we have to charge. No bueno So when I went to go pick up my glasses it's hard to imagine that my customer experience could get worse but it certainly did. Easy to make an appointment, but once you pay good luck tying to see the optometrist again if there is an issue with your prescription. And definitely not up to date equipment for the price of an exam which cost over $235. Cindy, I believe was her name at the desk was helpful and knowledgeable among other things.
Get ready to be Zhou’d!! Dr Zhou is awesome and so is the crew. Very helpful and insightful. Would highly recommend!
