Being a single Mom this place was very welcoming and had coloring for the toddler, I couldn't find a babysitter and the staff loved her. They are very friendly as well! Glasses usually come in 1 week to 1.5 weeks which I'm not used to.
Another great experience - from the appointment to the new glasses process, it was smooth and easy. They also stand behind their customer satisfaction pledge - a minor issue when I picked up my new glasses was immediately addressed and my new glasses are now perfect!

Staff was extremely professional and pleasant. Love the frames I chose. Good selection of frames. Wish the store had more room for a larger selection of designer frames.
