The staff was great and they were very helpful
Appt on 07/24/25 was supposed to receive glasses probable by 08/01-08-04.Computers was down the day I went.They were putting orders in by hand, seems like they didn't know exactly how to put orders in.Today they say the lenses came back to them up it.I never heard nothing like that.
Shalika Pei and her co worker were very helpful in the process of my frame allowance and understanding how VSP works. I appreciate their dedication in helping customers and patience throughout the process. Wonderful customer service!
My name is April. I have been waiting on a refund since Dec. I have called and been to this store many times. I had someone reach out and the glasses I had on order got to me but the last time was in June and I still don't have my refund. I call yest. And today I was told today the (new manager) said they have issued 2 checks and can't issue another she would have to reach out to corporate.
