Just left My Eye Doctor and as usual the experience was top tier i have been with them for years and today i did my pre-test with Emily and she was Awesome!!! Always the same kind atmosphere no matter whenever I'm in this particular store. Thank you ladies.
It is really frustrating when your glasses were supposed to be in last week, yet when you call you feel like you are getting the run around. I waited over 3 hours last week for a call back to verify if they were in or not. NOW I am being told to give them until Wednesday because they need someone to open their shipment from today to process them. Seriously, I don't see how it is that complicated to open the box of glasses and alert your clients that their prescription is in. And then to ask them to wait additional days becau... read more
I feel the doctor is a little bit impatient and purely not caring, would recommend other locations with more stars. Front desks are sweet though.
