Very disappointed in this place. My appointment felt rushed, and when I tried on my “new” prescription, it was worse than my original one I came there with. I didn’t feel like anyone cared about my questions or concerns. After spending more here than I EVER have at any other office, I would appreciate a better experience. Everything felt very corporate in the worst ways.
Excellent service everyone that works there was very very nice and helpful , I told my husband we found our new eye doctor. I was extremely happy with the service, thank you all.
Had a wonderful experience the exam was very thorough and the person who helped me with glasses did a wonderful job and my glasses came back and I can see so well with them. Overall wonderful experience.
I wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at myeyeDr. Keith-GM, Jess-front desk, Ashley-EC, & Lori-EC. I experienced the best customer service with such respect and knowledge of their products. What a great group of people. Their was such a comradery between them all & not once did I ever feel pressured to purchase something, it blessed me so much! This place is a hidden jewel and a must visit! You won't be disappointed, come and see for yourself.
I had an excellent experience at My Eye Doctor in Lititz, PA. The staff is courteous and professional and treated me with respect from the time I walked in their door. Lori was amazing and worked with me to pick out frames and helped with every step of the entire process. She absolutely made my visit very pleasant. I highly recommend this practice for all your eye exams and eyewear.
