MY EYE DR.: THIS IS THE BEST EYE DR. OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO! Kyle really made things easy to take care of and sooo helpful and polite and patient. All employees were very nice and helpful with lots of smiles....I look forward to my appts. It's a joy when I come in the door!
Carlos was a great help to us. And when I called in to check on our glasses, Ashley or Amanda, I forget her name… Was so kind and went out of her way to locate the lab that the glasses were in and make sure they were done.
Quick and easy eye exam. Amazing customer service. Took the time to adjust my glasses once I picked them up.
Very disappointed in this place. My appointment felt rushed, and when I tried on my “new” prescription, it was worse than my original one I came there with. I didn’t feel like anyone cared about my questions or concerns. After spending more here than I EVER have at any other office, I would appreciate a better experience. Everything felt very corporate in the worst ways.
Excellent service everyone that works there was very very nice and helpful , I told my husband we found our new eye doctor. I was extremely happy with the service, thank you all.
