I have always gone there but have never had any problems. This time the glasses have been done sent out 2 times and the 3rd time they put the old prescription in. So why did I need new glasses. They have adjusted them several times ….. this time we’re gonna see “if I can adjust to them “. Never had a problem before. All new staff. Just not the same as before.
Seth was amazing. He realized my brothers contact box was labeled wrong.

I took my son in for his very first eye exam and we had a positive experience! He was anxious and the staff helped him to feel safe and comfortable and were very reassuring. The exam went well and the doctor was extremely kind and caring, asking questions and making sure to listen to every bit of what we had to say and answering any questions we had for her. Thank you for the caring atmosphere and for helping to set my son up with his very first pair of glasses!
Dr. Katelyn Pawlowicz is a phenomenal eye doctor. She takes the time to listen to the patients concerns and is very knowledgeable with treatment options.
