I took my son in for his very first eye exam and we had a positive experience! He was anxious and the staff helped him to feel safe and comfortable and were very reassuring. The exam went well and the doctor was extremely kind and caring, asking questions and making sure to listen to every bit of what we had to say and answering any questions we had for her. Thank you for the caring atmosphere and for helping to set my son up with his very first pair of glasses!
Dr. Katelyn Pawlowicz is a phenomenal eye doctor. She takes the time to listen to the patients concerns and is very knowledgeable with treatment options.
This office doesn't care about there patients nor do they want to help there patients specially patients that have multiple sclerosis.
They were very thorough on my exam and very pleasant
I had a wonderful experience today getting a much overdue eye exam and new pair of prescription glasses. The doctor and all the staff were very kind, patient and super helpful. Brittany the manager, was so easy to talk to and she helped me choose which frames worked best for me when I was struggling to decide. I will definitely be going back there for my next eye exam.
