I am new to contacts and I had a contact stuck in my upper eyelid after a failed insertion attempt. Several people tried to help me remove it but we couldn’t even find it. I am a patient of a different My Eye Doctor location but the old town location is actually closer so I jumped in the car to see if someone could help. I had to just decided to show up today using public transportation to arrive at the St. Asaph Street location to see if my glasses were ready. I did not receive a phone call or text to notify me if my glasses were ready for pickup and it has been over a month. The manager was very apologetic about it and offered to refund some of my money back which I didnt receive as of yet. It left me unsure of whether or not if I would use them again in the near future. The good news is that I finally received my glasses.
Dr. Ibrahim was wonderful, offering many options and helpful tips for my work vs personal eyewear needs.
Dr. Adel Ibrahim performed a very thorough exam and did an excellent job of explaining my current vision status. The staff did an amazing job in helping me pick out a pair of glasses that would work best for me.
