I think you gained a new customer. I walked in unannounced to see if your store could help me with a pre-existing lens fall-out from my frame. They were not from you. Brandon was there and offered to help when he didn't have to. He labored hard to find the right screw. I felt badly. He resurfaced with a fix and I was thrilled. Carrie at Mr Eye Dr, Exton was outstanding. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable- she took the time to help me get the best glasses to meet my needs/wants/budget. When I picked them up, they were perfect.
What a great experience picking out glasses today… Isabel was most helpful and very patient guiding me to the right size and shape frame and Jen was a great second opinion. Definitely might go to place now for glasses!!
