Dr Cramer and staff are very personable! Although my eye was swollen due to an infection, he was very gentle & calming. His treatment worked & I was able to see a play the following night! He is both professional & efficient.

Best experience I’ve had at any eye doctor or glasses provider I’ve had in a long time. My last experience at MyEyeDr prior to this had me worried but this visit turned my view around about MyEyeDr. Thank you for everything. Update - my glasses were ordered 27 days ago. No communication has been received about why they are taking so long. I called but the only answer I got was the lenses had to be remade with no ETA available. I'm backing off the star count from 5 to 3.

This practice is wonderful. All of the employees were kind and took their time to make sure we understood what was happening. Dr. Velazquez was wonderful and Answered all of our questions. Tanisha helped us order our glasses And was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Velazquez

Edit: I am giving them an additional star, the manager called me. On my return call, getting the prescription sent to my email was easy this go around. Original: Eye doctor here was good and they have some extra technology to review your eyes. It's expensive though. I was out the door with a new pair of glasses and eye exam for $400, and that's with vision insurance. I called Dec 2024 to get my old prescription information and they refused to email to me because it 'expired' mid 2023. They are requiring me to drive to the of... read more
