Disappointed in this My Eye Dr location. We have been going to for several years. Last week I stopped in with an issue of something in my eye from overnight. Walked in just after they opened and asked if Dr Parkinson could take a look. Receptionist was very rude; clearly said I needed an appointment and said they were booking into November. I said again my eye hurts and has a foreign item in it but again was told sorry and to try the My Eye Doctor in Cranberry. I saw there was a practice in Greenville and called. If your looking for eye care doctor that really takes care of their clients this is the place. I worked with Mary on fixing my glasses and she was great, went above and beyond to get them done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mr eye doctor Chippewa!
Truly enjoyed my experience today. Everyone was so nice and helpful a special Thank you to everyone who works there. Highly recommend to anyone who needs an eye exam
I have been trying to find a new eye doctor for while. I walked in to make an appointment & as soon as i started talking to Paige, she had the worst attitude. So, i left & will not be getting my business. If you don’t like working with people/customer service, then find another job.
