I had the most amazing experience today at the Machesney Park, Illinois location — hands down the best one I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by two wonderful ladies who were knowledgeable, professional, and an absolute joy to chat with. About 20–25 minutes later, a gentleman joined in and was just as helpful. Dr. Corrigan thought it was appropriate to ask me why I got married so young despite the pressures of Roman Catholicism and pressures the younger generations feel. I've never felt more uncomfortable and don't plan on coming back.
I love all the people at myeyeDr. They listened to me. Heard everything I had to say from walking in the door to fitting my glasses. Such a nice place to go .
Rude unhelpful and unprofessional. I never give horrible reviews. But this business goes beyond bad.
I will never recommend this place again. Have been going there for years and never had issues until recently. The front desk staff was horrible and treated me very poorly. My husband and I will not be back!
