I have been a patient here for almost 20 years and have always had great service from the staff and the doctors until this year. I had an appointment on October 11 and they order my trial contact lenses. I was told they would call me when they came in- probably a week to two at most. I am so impressed with the staff here! My daughter walked in today and was extremely nervous so she wore her miraculous LadyBug mask and as soon as we walked in everyone was saying, "Hi Ladybug!" and had her smiling and giggling within seconds. We were listened to and every single staff there today went above and beyond for us. I canceled my eye appointment that I had elsewhere and scheduled with them instead! Some of the people who work here are genuinely SO nice, but when trying to schedule an appointment for my son, I was unfortunately on the phone with someone who was really rude. I don't understand working in customer service if you're going to be so aggresive and irritable. I couldn't even make the appoinment. She asked if my son's name is spelled the "normal" way in a really rude way. What does that even mean? It's someone's name.
