We've been here before. I set up an appointment online like I've done before. I get a call on Friday saying they need verbal confirmation of our appointment 48 hours ahead of time. She called me at 12:44pm on Friday for our appointment on Monday. She said I had till 4pm to call back. I just got the message now Sunday. So I messaged them and told them they can cancel it and forget us at customers. Who does that?! Someone who just lost 4 people as patients.

I had the most exceptional customer experience my last visit here. I bought a pair of glasses with all the extras and it was very affordable. The staff was great, but one staff member stood out to for going above and beyond for my experience and that would be Adam B. He is an asset to this store. Thank you Adam!

I am so impressed with the staff here! My daughter walked in today and was extremely nervous so she wore her miraculous LadyBug mask and as soon as we walked in everyone was saying, "Hi Ladybug!" and had her smiling and giggling within seconds. We were listened to and every single staff there today went above and beyond for us. I canceled my eye appointment that I had elsewhere and scheduled with them instead! Thank you to everyone there today, fantastic job!
