Person who called me this morning very unproffessional. Told me she canceled my daughter appt today and gave it to someone else before it even started. Because she didn't have her insurance. I said ok. She than said give me your daughters insurance information. I said for what you cancelled it. She said so I can make you another one. I said like I'm ok I'm not making her another one.
