Coming from another optical retailer and making MyEyeDr my provider of choice since last year has not disappointed. The staff at this location are very knowledgeable, helpful and provide great service. Eric provides, and explains in detail, all the insurance/plan information (which can be confusing), and he can also assist in eyewear selection very well - he did for me! PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! The staff is family to us!! One kid lost her glasses more times than I want to admit… they quickly ALWAYS came to my aid!! With four kids needing checkups, glasses etc this team is top notch with expertise, time and execution along with excellent prices!! Thank you for killing it the past 8 years we’ve come here!!
