If you care about your sight, do not get an exam here. I chose to get an exam here ( for convenience) and it ended up being a huge mistake. They made mistakes with my prescription, which affected my sight for an entire year. I recently returned to my original eye doctor and he corrected their mistake and it’s like I have new eyes. I waited a year due to insurance. Do not go to MyEye Doctor for exams. Use an experienced Optometrist! It’s your sight, nothing to play around with. I made a mistake, do not make the same one.
Going anywhere new when you have mobility issues is daunting but my first visit here was great. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind the second I rolled/hobbled into the door. I saw Dr. Wezorek and she was fantastic; very efficient but detailed. The selection of glasses were a problem, but only because I couldn't decide from 3 different pairs (widdled down from 9) I adored. They were ready quickly and i couldn't be happier with them. Highly recommend the Murrysville location!
This place is great I came back here after moving about 45 minutes (at least with traffic it takes that long) to Verona and I am glad I came back to myeyedr. I tried a new place last year in Oakmont since I had moved away and it was the worst experience eye exam ever so I will keep coming back once a year to this Myeyedr. in Murrysville. Haylee was incredibly helpful and helped me choose the right frames that my needs and size of my face. The entire team was friendly and engaged with all if their customers.
