My experience today was absolutely horrible. I was forced to pay something that I couldn’t afford and I’m not happy about it. I am a single mom who works part time and the only insurance I can afford right now is Medicaid and all of my appointments are supposed to be covered. So at the end of my visit when I’m told I owe $88 (for me and my daughter) I was extremely confused because everything should be covered. Even though this was not my eye doctor, when I really needed more eyeglass cleaner I stopped here. They were all so kind and courteous and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new eye doctor.
Excellent experience from initial exam, doctor exam and choosing eyewear. White Oak location was quick easy and efficient. Pricing was good and staff is great.
