Optician Jade at the White Oak office is the best. She wanted to be sure I got frames that looked great and were within my budget. Jade went through the displays and brought to me frames she thought I may like to try on. Very knowledgeable, kind and sincere.
Fast, friendly, professional, and comprehensive experience. Clean office, paperwork was made easy, only waited a moment or two before I was ready to be seen. Caitlin was knowledgeable and pleasant. Dr Burns was very polite and efficient. Listened to my personal observations and needs. Jade the optometrist used her professional skills and opinion to fit my glasses perfectly! I cannot say enough great things about the team at MyEyeDr. in White Oak! I had an unexpected emergency with my glasses on a Saturday morning. The frame and arms had become slightly bent, and when I tried to adjust them myself, a screw came out and I couldn't get the glasses back together. I came in on the wrong date for my appointment, Jade and Caitlin were very understanding about the mix up. They were also very helpful by pulling my insurance coverage and going over it with me for my upcoming appointment. They didn’t make me feel rushed and answered all of my questions. It was a very positive experience and made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient wasting their time. They were also able to provide me with some daily sample contacts to try out prior to my upcoming appointment.
