I have no complaint about the people that work there very kind. But they do not provide a clear expectation of what the charges will be. $44 fee for Retinal pictures is an option but is highly suggested by the doctor but unbeknownst to me. This is also part of your basic exam with insurance companies. after finding this out, I had to go through my insurance company get in contact with myeyedoctor and request a reimbursement from me and another person which intern they did return that back. Worst experience ever, total rip offs. Did a comprehensive exam without informing me. Charged me twice what they quoted
