What an amazing experience. The Murrysville location was unable to accommodate a last minute request. White Oak was able to get me in and provide my daughter with a contact lenses session before her school dance. When we arrived everybody was friendly and the customer service was Top Notch ! Highly recommend 10 out of 10
Greeted nicely, short wait for exam at which time I looked for frames. Technician who did tests was very nice. Doctor Burns is a joy. Optician, Jade, was exceptional. She explained everything in detail and helped me pick out the perfect frames for me. She also helped by working within my VSP plan to save me money. I would highly recommend the White Oak office.
Had my annual eye exam at Myeyedr in White Oak. Jade waited on me and she was awesome! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Jade!
