Dr Risoli is wonderful! She is thorough and always takes the time to explain things to me. I'm so happy to have her as a part of my medical team! Choosing glasses sometimes is hard for me but not yesterday. Kim picked out 3 pairs that looked great on me. She has a great eye for style. I just had to decide which pair I liked more! Kim is so funny. I spent the whole time laughing. Brandon took over and confidently finished the process. Thank you Kim and Brandon for making that part of my visit great!
I'm here from out of town. Damaged one of my contacts and needed to get it replaced. I called up and they were able to give me a sample pair! Thankfully, I had an old pair of older-prescription glasses to get me over to them, but walked out with 2 brand new contacts and a smile on my face! They rock! Thank you!
The eye doctor was great. However the billing and customer service at the front was not pleasant. I have been using the same insurance for thirteen years. They told me the balance would be close to $200. I was like that’s impossible since I was only paying $10 or something in the past every year with my insurance. The guy said well this is what my manager showed me. Then he asked his manager. Then it was adjusted down to $90 which is still way higher than what I used to pay. I have been at the MyEyeDr. in West Chester Pike 1404 West Chester Pike Havertown, PA 19083 location several times over the years and it has allways been a plesant experience...Like today, the yuong man in tgere today during my visit was super bice and professional and uber courteous..I needed a fix for my glasses and he was able to take care of my problem quickly. Great customer service.
