Such a positive experience, everyone at the office was so pleasant. My husband had a migraine and while he was waiting for me they gave him an ice pack to soothe it and then Stephanie helped me pick out the perfect frames for drama that doesn't overwhelm my face plus a great wider frame that I can't see when I'm working on my computer. As a person with very particular needs I felt very supported and helped.
I gave them 2 pairs of glasses 3-4 weeks ago to be repaired. I never received a phone call about them being fixed and when I finally decided to take a trip to the establishment they tell me they can't fix them. I could have gotten a new pair within 3-4 weeks. Unprofessional. And no resolution to my problem.
Very friendly, helpful, and caring staff. Dr. Harry is wonderful, very professional, and knowledgeable. They take great care of me always!
Been going here for over 29 U.N. years. Staff is awesome. Recently having headaches the team looked at my glasses fit and realized the glass needs adjustment. This morning I broke them off. The team was able to repair them. This is the staff you want watching out for you
