Optometrist is fine. It feels like the staff is pushing you through to the optician as fast as possible, though. Front office staff and the assistant are curt, at best. They didn't submit to my insurance and didn't send a bill until 7mo later. The local office said I would have to pay to have a detailed bill mailed so I could submit it myself. Excellent place to get your appointments and glasses. Great customer service and friendly employees.
Everyone in the Staunton, VA office was friendly/helpful, there was no wait time, my appointment took 30 minutes, and my glasses arrived in a week!
