I had a great experience. My 7 year old son and I had back to back appointments and I also had my newborn son with me. They had all kinds of toys for my son to play with while he waited and I was able to carry my newborn with me while they checked me out. The entire staff were great to work with. There was a small issue with my insurance but they were able to help resolve it. Very happy with them.
Initially the appointment went well and the doctor seemed really helpful and concerned about my son’s eye discomfort. When told they would be sending out a referral that same day to get things going it never happened it is now been over a week and called to follow up and they still have not sent out the referral and was told the doctor did not finish the chart so she could not send out the referral. When a patient is in discomfort / pain the referral should have been sent out the same day and followed up with. THIS IS UNACCE... read more
My eye appointment was very efficient. I did not have to wait for my exam and then afterwards I picked out some awesome glasses. The people that work here are all super friendly and helpful.
It was my first time to this practice and I'm very pleased. Corey told me things about my eyes that the previous drs had not and took time to explain things. Everyone was friendly and helpful would recommend going them
