Mrs.Teresa, The Doctor, and whole staff was so welcoming and so sweet. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY VISIT. After coming here I can for sure say that I have found my forever eye clinic!!!!
Called to get my portal set up and the receptionist I spoke with on 4/20/26 at 3:50pm stated that she doesn’t know how to send emails. I asked her was there someone else that could help because when I called last week she was able to help. She then said “who is she” in a very inappropriate way. I was directed to call Jackson’s office to get help. Theresa Kelly and Dr.Orwig are absolutely amazing. Theresa got me in same day and was so very kind and extremely knowledgeable. Kelly was the absolute sweetest I felt as if I had know her for years. I am so very thankful for this team! Highly recommend them for all your eye care needs!
