This was my 1st time at the Williamston location. To say it was an amazing experience is putting it mildly! From the receptionist to the optometrist asst. to the online doctors. to the young woman who assisted with the glasses, I had an awesome experience!!! This was my first virtual eye exam. It was amazing! The doctor's assistant is at the office with you and the optometrists are on the screen. Amazing!! Definitely a fan of this location and the virtual process!!

Both of my children were seen at this location in March and their visits were pretty decent. They accommodated me having to be with both of my kids at the same time even though their appointments were at two different times. But they dropped the ball on ordering my children’s glasses and I waited the 6 weeks before calling back to check to see if the had came in and no one could find a order for my children’s glasses or the notes for what they wanted to order. Dr. Leggett has been my eye doctor for almost 20 years. I moved away and tried somewhere else. Big Mistake. I now drive over an hour to go back to Williamston for my eye appointments and I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff there have always been professional, kind, understanding and welcoming. My glasses/contacts have always been correct and on time. I recommend Dr. Leggett and staff to anyone near and far that needs eye care services.
