Quite disappointing with my experience so far. I had to explain to the tech what my insurance benefits were when selecting glasses, I ordered glasses 11/18. I had to call on 12/4 to get an update. Manager notes were left on my order, and they had no status from lab. Was told I could wait on hold or they could give me a call back in 10 minutes.
