Doctor Staff I had a great experience with Dr. Helen—she was patient, worked with me, and we went through some trial and error with different contacts until we found the right fit. Unfortunately, I had to lower my rating because of the staff. I ordered contacts to be shipped to my home, but after three weeks, nothing arrived.
