My first time here and saw Dr. Helen Tran. Highly recommend her! Very thorough and very happy with my prescription. Took time to answer all my questions.
My family and I have been loyal patients of this MyEyeDr location for over 11 years and always had great experiences (five starts),—until this visit. The front desk staff member, Shelby, was rude, dismissive, and used high-pressure sales tactics, including pushing unnecessary services and lenses without clear explanations. Revised to reflect additional experience. Kudos to Emily for awesome service! Eye appointment was excellent although it was almost an hour after I was scheduled so I was unable to stay to select glasses and needed to come back. That’s where the problem started. I came back on Saturday. Optometrist fitting glasses was at lunch so I picked two frame options and waited. Front desk staff aware and said she’d be back in ~10 minutes. Was not very pleased with the doctor, Helen Tran. She acted like she didn't care and I felt very rushed. Will not go there again.
Needed to update my eyewear and chose this place to handle it. Everyone did a great job and I was immediately helped, even without an appointment. Get a great deal on my new glasses and so far, I'm very satisfied. I would recommend going there
