This place does good, not great. They do a good job examining your eyes, but the other services could be better. In 2022 I purchased a pair of eye glasses that didn't fit my head and I ended up bending the frames myself to get them to fit properly. The glasses worked great after that. And in June 2025, I purchased 3 pairs of eye glasses, they texted me on phone to inform me the eye glasses were ready to pick up, and I called to confirm they were ready to pick up. I really like Dr. Valerie Urban. She explains things and is very easy to talk too. Everyone in the office is great, nice and accommodating.
Professional and courteous all around. Doctor was outstanding. Explained everything thoroughly. Staff made you feel at home and answered all questions. Highly recommend.
Customer service is outstanding! Everyone here is at the top of their game to make the experience pleasant and friendly. My glasses are great, the exam was thorough, and I have no hesitation in recommending this practice to my friends.
