I was skeptical about getting glasses from my eye doctor because I thought they would be too pricey. I recently purchased my second pair which were by Versace and I am thoroughly pleased. I got them at a great price and they returned before the expected date. The manager and staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend my eye doctor for your eye care.
Had a prescription from another place. They couldn’t do pupillary distance. I called here and they said they could do it. I can right over and they measured it right away. They did not charge me. Looks like I may have to give them the business going forward. Especially for the lenses. Thanks!!!
Made a contact exam appointment for September the 8th at 1:40 pm, after waiting over an hour and seeing multiple patients go in front of me for the exact same type of appointment I finally asked the lady at the front desk if there was any idea how much longer I would be waiting and she could not provide any sort of wait time or even check on what was going on. Completely unprofessional taking over an hour out of a customers day and putting an appointment for 2:45 ahead of an appointment for 1:40, don’t plan on being back.
Dog ate my glasses and Andrew fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Above and beyond. Thanks for the best service ever.
