I went in to have a pair of glasses repaired, but were not able to repair. Fortunately, Andrew tracked down the exact frames I had and I was able to replace my glasses at an excellent price. Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable and I really appreciate his help. My family loves Dr. Neil and the staff at My Eye Dr.!
Jerome Graham did an awesome job in the KINSTON office this morning. He was very patient , informative and helpful in helping me select my eyewear. I enjoyed talking with him. Excellent conversation and service.
Dr. Neal and staff were exceptional. She has always been great but not so much as some of the staff. All staff made me feel comfortable and seen at my recent appointment. They listened and answered all questions with care. I was considering leaving after last year's experience but I'm glad I decided to give this office another try. The guy in the Optical department should be employee of the month! He was exceptional!
