Fast but good
Everyone was extremely welcoming! I already scheduled an appointment to bring my daughter for her exam.
I came here on Wednesday and I had the best experience! I haven’t been to an eye doctor since I was little and everyone was so friendly and welcoming, walked me through the whole process. Will always come here!
I had an appointment today for me and my husband, we waited a whole month to get this appointment only to be turned away. We showed up 7 minutes late for the first appointment and I was on time for the second. My husband was called back, a few min later I was called back only to be told. "you were a little late so one of you can't be seen". I was shocked so I grabbed my husband and left. Ill go somewhere that I feel comfortable. This is my primary eye care treatment location. I recently picked up my new lenses and soon after experienced some issues with them. I returned and spoke with the Office Manager "Keona." I received excellent customer service. She was absolutely pleasant, polite, friendly and professional. She ordered me new lenses to replace what I had and resolve the issues with my original lenses.
