Had a 5 star visit at the LaPlata office in spite of some small equipment problems- the office technician was stellar in making me comfortable and completing all the tests! I did neglect to write her name down! My appointment ended after Reba helped me pick out new glasses. She was such a joy to work with - she made sure I understood my insurance credits and went over each line in great detail. Awesome team!
Friendly, fast, good selection
I recently got new glasses and had quite a few issues during the process, but Reba was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient, kind, and understanding through everything. She took the time to help me and made sure everything was right. Great customer service is hard to find, and she truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Reba, for all your help!
Great team and office
nice place, great doctor; however, the reminders to not run out of contacts directs you to pay at a higher price. I just was told by store manager that I am not getting the second box I ordered, that I paid $85 online without my insurance being used. Last order I paid $50 for 2 boxes/insurance used. This is not the manager's fault, but telling after waiting the entire weekend was. I was told that the $85 was for a 6 month supply by the online store so why didn't they use my insurance on file?
