I am giving this location 2 stars because they (often) tighten my children’s glasses rather quickly. Anything else leaves little to be desired. We visited this location last year for the first time, as it was close to the house, but we spent a really long time waiting. I thought it was a one off, plus there were 3 of us with appointments. Michele was THE BEST. She was so friendly and attentive. The woman who examined my eyes was so patient and sweet. The doctor was very thorough and caring. The manager who checked me out was informative and kind. I highly recommend this place!! My last eye doctor I had was always rushing me… nothing compared to this place! This place is great! Everyone is professional and so friendly. They explained everything clearly.
This company is super slow, with the process of producing, installing lenses into frames, have tried this company two separate times , two different locations,same poor results. This last time was given a date when lenses would be available, that date came and passed. Did not receive any information from the company on the delay, and I then Was informed it will take and additional week . Came to pick up my glasses they were so strong they made me sick to my stomach trying them on. They scheduled a new appointment, today I came for my appointment and they said I didn’t have one but my glasses were ready for pickup. I guess no one bothers to make notes as these were the same ones that are too strong. Now I am sitting here waiting to see doctor as they are going to work me in. Sooo disappointed ☹️
