Check your script before you leave and make sure it has your name on it. I did not. I went to another glasses store ti get my prescription glasses to only find out i had a hard copy of someone else's script. Good thing it wasn't medicine! Terrible and hippa violation. When I went back into their store, I was told it was just human error. I will be going elsewhere in the future

Everyone was extremely welcoming! I already scheduled an appointment to bring my daughter for her exam.
I came here on Wednesday and I had the best experience! I haven’t been to an eye doctor since I was little and everyone was so friendly and welcoming, walked me through the whole process. Will always come here!
I had an appointment today for me and my husband, we waited a whole month to get this appointment only to be turned away. We showed up 7 minutes late for the first appointment and I was on time for the second. My husband was called back, a few min later I was called back only to be told. "you were a little late so one of you can't be seen". I was shocked so I grabbed my husband and left. Ill go somewhere that I feel comfortable.
