This company is super slow, with the process of producing, installing lenses into frames, have tried this company two separate times , two different locations,same poor results. This last time was given a date when lenses would be available, that date came and passed. Did not receive any information from the company on the delay, and I then Was informed it will take and additional week . Came to pick up my glasses they were so strong they made me sick to my stomach trying them on. They scheduled a new appointment, today I came for my appointment and they said I didn’t have one but my glasses were ready for pickup. I guess no one bothers to make notes as these were the same ones that are too strong. Now I am sitting here waiting to see doctor as they are going to work me in. Sooo disappointed ☹️

Check your script before you leave and make sure it has your name on it. I did not. I went to another glasses store ti get my prescription glasses to only find out i had a hard copy of someone else's script. Good thing it wasn't medicine! Terrible and hippa violation. When I went back into their store, I was told it was just human error. I will be going elsewhere in the future
