Heather, the patient service coordinator, was the first person I saw when I walked into my eye doctor's office. She knew me immediately and greated me with her usual smile and had my paperwork ready. That was the most thorough eye examination I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’ve been wearing glasses since the second grade and never, has an eye doctor’s office gone through that much detail and focus to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed. I would recommend Dr. Van Horn and this entire staff to anyone. My tech, Missy, was welcoming, focused, and professional. These doctors are very rude and act annoyed that you’ve come to them for an appointment. I don’t recommend coming here at all.
