Where do I start! Here we go I have to say as far as Dr Vanhorn her and her assistant during my exam were amazing very nice and thorough! Now once that's over and they send you to look at glasses that's when the hustlers take over! She came up and started saying these are under this package and bla bla bla . I sit down with glasses I picked out she says ok what do you want to do, use your insurance and pay full price for glasses and lens or you can take our package deal which will be 425.00 for you because you have progressi... read more
Heather was amazing to work with. She was personable, friendly and very sweet. She always made sure my daughter was comfortable. Everyone at the office was very quick and efficient and we are pleased with our visit.
I definitely recommend MyEyeDr. I have been going to Dr. Van Horn for many years. Heather who checks patients in is great. Karen fits my glasses and helps me pick out new ones. They are the best!! If you need an eye doctor, give them a call or make an appointment online.
Everything ran smoothly. Appointment didn't last long, even though they were busy. Taylor was great, talked me through each exam. And I personally LOVE Tammy! She made me feel beautiful in my new glasses!
