We had an overall good experience. My first contact was with Abby the receptionist. She was nothing short of amazing. My online appointment didn’t process but they still accommodated my appointment time. The optometrist as well as her assistant were very kind and informative covering the benefits of glasses vs contacts for my child. Where the experience fell short was when we encountered Kim.
