Staff was friendly, but the doc definitely did not want to be bothered with questions or concerns. She was clearly not listening, talking over me and the whole appointment was kind of rushed. From the time I walked in to register (new patient paperwork) to the time I sat back down in my car after test, exam, eyeglass selection and payment was literally 30 minutes. I can't say they were rude in anyway, but I definitely left feeling like an inconvenience to their day.
Dr Cheney and the staff are wonderful. They listen, they hear you, and they work to give you an amazing experience when it comes to your eyes. In today’s world of rushing and doing things fast, the fact they hear you and treat you like a person, is amazing! I always recommend him and this practice. Thank you for all you do!!
Was never so humiliated in my life they made the lines in my glasses crooked. Some lady named Julie was absolutely ignorant. They tried to get a copay out of me which was not necessary through my insurance and I'm positive they already knew that so they wanted to pocket my $40 the two big ladies that work in the office or like bouncers at a nightclub
I took my son for his first eye appointment and could not have been more impressed with the patience the staff showed my curious 7 year old, including answering questions about how they ended up in their profession. Dr Cheney and the team were fantastic - efficient, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. The entire visit was smooth from start to finish. Love this place. Awesome doctor and staff. They really take time with you when picking out your frames and also make sure you have the right fit.
