I ordered two pairs of glasses and only received one pair. When confronted about the second pair they claimed I picked them up when I had not. Unfair to charge me and my insurance to not receive my order. He recommended shots for diabetes when the problem with my eyes was not sugar but rather than being affected by my lupus.
Yesterday was my second time being seen here. My first was about a year ago and it went pretty smoothly. I decided to return based off my first experience. However, yesterday was a different experience. The check in process was smooth and seeing the doctor went very well, until I got to the last portion, the desks in the room with all the glasses. It was a nice experience. I think the staff could be a little bit more friendlier rather than being treated like a number. I would still recommend them. They work with your insurance and they stick to their schedule.
My first ever eye exam... Simple process, great customer service
