I had a great experience ! Dr Denver and his staff are always pleasant and make you feel comfortable when getting the eye exam. Evelyn helped me pick out my glasses and explained my new insurance to me she was very helpful! I picked up my new glasses today and I can see great !
I recently stopped by this myeyedr location to pick up some new eyewear and as always, Dr. Denver’s staff was great. Jason works the front desk and always greets me by name no matter how busy he might be. On this occasion, Evelyn assisted me with my new eyewear. She is cheerful and professional. I never felt rushed, and she patiently addressed all my questions. Outstanding customer service all around.
Dr Denver & his staff are always very professional & caring. After my last exam, I took my prescription somewhere else to get a pair of glasses as they offered frames I wanted that My Eye Dr didn’t carry. The glasses came in & I couldn’t see with them. Sent them back to be remade & still couldn’t see clearly. They recommended I go back to Dr Denver for a prescription recheck.
