This clinic is amazing! Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming and all around absolutely great. My daughter and I both had our eye exam done, each step.was explained fully to help put my daughter (who is on the Autism spectrum) and myself at ease. Had these people just said they misplaced the lenses from my glasses there wouldn’t be an issue. However, what they did instead was take my glasses and said “the lens in here are the ones you upgraded to and we can tell because we looked at them”. So confident with their lie! The lenses in my glasses are the free plastic ones medicaid paid for. Not the upgraded lenses I paid for. Could’ve just given me my money back but instead I also got “well we already ordered the replacements”. I have better service at walmart.
Everyone at this location is nice, professional and courteous, highly recommended.

I visited this place to purchase some contact lenses and the new Meta glasses. The woman assisting me didn’t show me any frames and simply selected the Gen 2 glasses for me. I requested that they deliver my contact lenses, but I haven’t received them yet. Today, I went to the store to inquire about my contact lenses and discovered that they were shipped to the wrong address.
