I had a very frustrating experience with the front office staff here. On one call, the woman asked for my 8 year old son. I said, “I’m his parent,” and she responded, “Oh, it’s right here, I’m sorry, I should’ve looked at his file.” She then asked, “Do you know you have an appointment today?” I told her I had canceled that appointment and rescheduled.
