Anna was amazing at helping me choose my frames and very informative about what insurance covered and what it didn't. She helped me with cost efficiency
Extremely over priced- had a basic exam and couldn't even get a pair of glasses to be covered after the cost- only covered half cost of contact exam - my glasses are broken and I left with nothing but a copy of My prescription that I had to ask for on my way out and no resolution to my problem.
I have been going here for years and have not had a problem until now. Dr. Mirich is wonderful! The problem is trying to get my glasses correctly made. I originally went in March 11. It’s now March 30 and I still don’t have my glasses. 🤓 I have to start all over again because the young man in optical dept. is new and messed up my order. I have called four times and asked to talk to the head of the dept or Dr Mirich. Apparently he is not responding and the front office said Dr Mirich can’t help. They were to refund my money ... read more
