My eye exam was 5.24.25. I ordered lenses for current frames. The lenses have been returned to the lab repeatedly for various reasons the last being the lenses were made too large for the frames that were sent to the lab 2x. It’s now been 2 months since I ordered these lenses. This is unacceptable. Manager did refund me out of pocket costs.
Anna was amazing at helping me choose my frames and very informative about what insurance covered and what it didn't. She helped me with cost efficiency
Extremely over priced- had a basic exam and couldn't even get a pair of glasses to be covered after the cost- only covered half cost of contact exam - my glasses are broken and I left with nothing but a copy of My prescription that I had to ask for on my way out and no resolution to my problem.
I have been going here for years and have not had a problem until now. Dr. Mirich is wonderful! The problem is trying to get my glasses correctly made. I originally went in March 11. It’s now March 30 and I still don’t have my glasses. 🤓 I have to start all over again because the young man in optical dept. is new and messed up my order. I have called four times and asked to talk to the head of the dept or Dr Mirich. Apparently he is not responding and the front office said Dr Mirich can’t help.
