Vision care service has been fine, but I would encourage everyone to double check statements and insurance benefits before paying any bills. For two years in a row, they have only billed our medical insurance (not our vision insurance) and have sent us a bill for the remaining balance. We have had to call to request that they send the bill to our vision care insurance provider.
They are always so pleasant and welcoming when I come in there. Also, Ms. Nikole is my favorite!!!
I would highly recommend this location. They offered amazing customer service. 1. I waited less than a week to be seen for an eye exam. 2. The general manager was outgoing and interacted with the staff and customers in a professional manner. He informed individuals waiting in the lobby that there would be a 10 minute delay and apologized for the inconvenience. 3. The optometrist was thorough and offered clear explanations. 4.
