First I called and my glasses needed to be paid but our insurance wasnt working so I had to pick them up the following day. I called the following day to find out theyve been paid for and I could’ve picked them up earlier which no one told me. Then I tried to pick them up 10 minutes late and reception was unaccommodating to my request to get them even though many eye stores have drop boxes. Ruined my day and now I have to wait until Tuesday because of “staffing issues.”
They're nice
I've been going to Dr. Seymour for several years. In fact, my family has been. Dr. Seymour is not only an excellent Eye Doctor, he's a really good guy. The staff also keeps me coming back. Always a good experience & a nice, clean environment. My 4th pair of glasses from the Topsfield location. 5 Stars
