I originally left a one-star review after my lenses were scratched during an eyeglass adjustment. A month later, management contacted me, apologized, and promised they would replace the lenses at no cost, so I removed my review and gave them another chance. I had been going there for over 5 years. When I returned today, I was asked to sign a waiver stating that if my glasses are damaged during future adjustments, I would be responsible for 50% of the replacement cost. I felt very comfortable here. Jessica was such a wonderful person to interact with! Tanner was very knowledgeable with frames and very helpful. He went above and beyond to help, which I appreciate so much!
