7/2025- This place is not recommended. While my son's first visit was good, we haven't been able to get him in for another one since 2023 at MyEyeDr in West Dundee. I gave them a last chance yesterday and epic fail. - 2019 My husband and I went in for eye exams. I was given a prescription I didn't need and my husband's prescription was mixed up with an order for contact lenses. - 2022 My husband went for new glasses. They gave him the wrong prescription. 10/10 experience here! Amazing staff and doctor Eleni was such a doll. Very informative and just gentle with everything. They were very transparent in pricing and even helped me do another option to be cheaper! Best care I’ve gotten in years EDIT: DONT ASK FOR THE CONTACT CLASS THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR PRESCRIPTION OR CONTACTS UNTIL YOU DO THE 40 MINUTE COURSE

Wonderful experience and highly recommend. Every staff member from reception to Dr. N does a phenomenal job in not just fitting you in, but taking the time to educate you about every facet of eye care. From insurance questions down to specific eye therapy, they don’t just slot you in to fit you but truly care about your eye health in the long term. I refuse to go anywhere else now. Great bedside manner too!
INCREDIBLE!!!! My new patient appt began with Taide and she was patient kind friendly and comforting. Dr. Nouhakis is the best!!! She is intelligent poised and definitely wants the best for her patients. Mark and the front desk team finished my appointment off with getting me the perfect fit and style glasses that met my affordable needs . Look no further! 10 out of 10!!!
