Firstly I got there on time. I started looking at glasses but was called to prepare for the doctor. Then I moved on to the doctor quickly. I was happy to see a opthalmologist instead of the hybrid at another location. He was very competent and knowledgeable. I asked one question and he helped.

I recently had a very poor experience at this location. I was given an extremely questionable charge at a visit for my child that did not make much sense to me. Worse than that, I was given different information about that charge by several different people who worked there. The doctor said I did not have to pay this additional charge. One of their office staff workers told me I did not have to pay this additional charge. But another office worker overrode her and told me I did have to pay it as did the office manager. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. In May I went in for an exam & to start the order for new glasses. When paying, I just paid for blue light filter (insurance covered everything else), & I was told 2 weeks. A month later, after calling every other day, I'm told they're finally ready. When I go in, the glasses have no blue light on them. The receptionist tried to repeatedly tell me I needed to pay for the entire order, glasses frame & extras, again, even when I showed her the paperwork showing I'd already paid. I was... read more
