I had a really great experience with my eye appointment. The girls working the front desk were polite and helpful. The dr was really great with explaining everything I needed to know about my eyes and the guy Dwayne who helped me out with my glasses was awesome. Overall it was a phenomenal visit.
My negative experience with MyEyeDr has been repetitious for the last 5+ years. (1) I started receiving notifications by phone, voicemails, and text when it was time to schedule my next appointment. The problem is, they never stopped. I received multiple calls a week, sometimes multiple calls a day. Finally, after multiple complaints, it seems to have stopped. Dwayne was a great employee, he explained things well and had great patience with us. The process of getting check up was really good as well.
Dwayne checked me out after my appointment and was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service Dwayne!
