Great customer service!! The ladies at the front desk were very nice, and dr. Davis is amazing. Suzan the ec was very helpful and Jenn the manger was such a delight. Love this place
I made a same day appointment online (maybe lucky), got checked in immediately with no wait, and was seen in a few minutes. Dr. Jeffries was so nice. She was patient as I explained different unrelated ailments and addressed each of them herself or by giving me a referral. Her eye exam was quite thorough. As a result, I ended with a much different result than what my last optometrist gave me, and a prescription that Actually addressed my astigmatism. I love Dr. J and will only see her. But the lady who helped me pick out the glasses was a worthless as the sidewalk in the middle of the street. He name was Julie or Julia. She didn’t even have me try on glasses a She didn’t size my face or my daughter. We literally were done in 10min. She was more worried about sitting on her phone and not helping us find anything she never got up from her chair. She pointed and told us the color tags and that was it.
