I have an astigmatism and my old eye doctor who unfortunately retired had me set up with only one contact that is a multi-focal lens so that I can see close up with one eye and far away with the other and not need reading glasses. Elaine was extremely helpful with ordering & adjusting our glasses for me and my husband. Loved her attention to detail. She even called a few days later to see how we were making out.
Been going here for at least ten years. Dr. Lauver is fantastic!
My opinion of Lauver is that he is condescending and rushes through his appointments. He doesn't listen and get to know what issues people have. Getting the most money out of a person in the shortest amount of time seems to be the goal. Expect to be upsold on things or be scared into other services they offer so that you pay more. There is a much larger story to this, but I will leave it at that. I went to this clinic once. Now, I receive almost daily email communications that are persistent and annoying. I had to unsubscribe twice and I'm still not sure it worked. I won't be going back.
