Update: On 12/4/25 Destanie from Patient Relations reached out to me and was able to get a vision recheck scheduled for me. On 12/10/25 the vision recheck was completed. They almost cancelled my appointment even though I had confirmed via text. Apparently you have to call to confirm all appointments or they will cancel it on you. However during that visit I felt belittled and confrontational by the office staff because I did not buy glasses from them and questioned the initial exam results. I had a great experience at MyEye Dr. – Boothwyn. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was welcoming, kind, and incredibly professional. As a new patient, the sign-in process was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly fast, which I truly appreciated. Joey was especially helpful while I was selecting eyewear.
