Fantastic customer service!! From the front desk to the doctor to the wonderful Shay who picked out my glasses!
Horrible eye doctor’s office. This office has always been the eye doctor I’ve used since getting glasses 20 years ago. Since “my eye doctor” has bought it, it has gone horribly downhill. Waited 50 mins for my appointment and was never seen by a doctor, I had to leave and it seems the staff just forgot I was there while I sat in an exam room. Last year there was a major issue with ordering my contacts. Do yourself a favor and look for an office that cares about its patients and don’t waste your time here.
