Rude and incompetent front desk who sounds like she has zero interest in doing her job. Purchased a discount program with them listed as a provider tried giving my information to the front desk two different occasions and she didn’t want to take it. I tried calling the company I purchased the discount card from and they said I had to speak to the provider about the costs. I had my first appointment at myeyedr this morning. I was a bit nervous at first but the ladies up front made me feel at ease immediately with such friendly greetings. The doctor is very knowledgeable and professional, she listened to all the concerns i had. I got a great deal on my glasses and will be returning for my regular checkups. Thank you Dr Roles and myeyedr staff for a great experience! I would recommend this office to anyone needing eyecare.
The MrEyeDr company needs to throughly check into the Mena clinic. The manager has no concept on how to manage. She screams at the employees in front of customers. This has happen numerous times. She does not follow through with patients orders. She will leave their orders unfinished for weeks on end. Many people have quit from the Mena office because of the verbal abuse they received on the whims on a tyrant manager. Horrible experience. The optometrist got nasty with me when I said I wasn't interested in seeing a specialist that she advised. Then with the rest of the visit, she was extremely rude and my prescription was misdiagnosed. My glasses are worthless, now. I'll never return.
