The GM (Karen) and team in Epping helped resolve a persistent issue with ordering my new Silhouette frames and lenses. The lab kept sending back the wrong shaped lenses, and Karen re-ordered the lenses on my behalf. After a couple of trips to get the correct lenses to fit right, I’m now able to see in 4K again!
I went to MyEyeDr at Brickyard Plaza for the first time yesterday. I wasn't sure what to expect since it is in a strip mall but I was super impressed! Every single step went smoothly and the staff was fantastic from the manager to the receptionist to the doctor. They were able to explain my vision insurance benefits and even helped me to find some cute frames at an affordable price! Highly recommend!
