They were super sweet. Very patient i love the service
I had a serious issue with my eye stinging and tearing for two days. I showed up to the office in Epping unannounced, and the eye doctor took me in right away. She found and removed a tiny piece of plastic that was stuck onto my cornea. I was very thankful that she saw how much discomfort I was in, and took care of it immediately.
I love myeyedoc! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. It’s a very comfortable place. Somehow this came under my husband’s name but I’m the patient that had a great experience. I would highly recommend!
Excellent customer service with a friendly, professional, knowledgeable crew. Doc was thorough and explained everything. I was a first timer, and I felt valued and comfortable. Plus, my new glasses are awesome.
What a difference, I went to another location first, I will say 1 of the staff members there was very helpful and set me up with the Epping location, Everyone was so helpful, the place was packed, yet they were on task, so personable, took the time to make sure you were happy with your choices, Everyone was pleasant, patient, what a wonderful bunch of Technician's and a great experience, I HIGHLY recommende the Epping Myeyedoctor Location
