Karen D the general manager is great! Very helpful, made the process quick and easy in the optical department for me. She even made some accommodations for me that were super helpful!
Didn’t get my prescription right when ordering lenses. Called and explained the issue, asked for re exam at least. They said they’d call me back and never did. Just blew me off. I was stuck with miserable glasses for 2 years. Worst experience for I’ve ever had. NEVER going back.
Friendly greeting upon arrival. Paperwork ready to fill out. By the time the Paperwork was done they were ready to start the appointment on time. The doctor took great care explaining each step. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

I was in around January. Glasses were never right and I missed the 30 day return policy. Went in today (now March) no questions asked gave me a new exam and are fixing the issue. Karen and Dr. Audette were awesome!!!!!
