All staff were very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Ryan and Hannah were friendly and professional. I do not recall everyone's name unfortunately, but everyone was extremely helpful and explained all of my options for care. I also appreciate their willingness to look for deals/affordable options to help with the total cost. I look forward to returning for my next eye visit!
Bonnie was so very patient and helpful with updating the prescription on my son’s first pair of glasses. Wonderful experience.
The Epping location is absolutely fantastic! Bonnie helped my teenage daughter find frames in record time and we are so grateful for her!
Dr. Audette is very nice and thorough and gave me a prescription which really helped my dry eye condition that I have batttled for years. Her technician is awesome..everyone there is extremely helpful and kind, patient and understanding as I suffer from bipolar and triple guessed my glasses choice. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking to purchase glasses.
