While visiting Stowe, I broke oneof the nose pads on my glasses. As we were passing by, we stopped in to see if they could replace it without being too expensive. The optometrist (didn't get his name) replaced both and adjusted the glasses - with no charge. Very kind of them!!
The worst eye doctor I have ever experienced. I called to ask if I could get seen for a piece of metal in my eye. Best they could do was a week later. Not quick enough to deal with this issue, but I did schedule an appointment 2 months in advance for a regular eye exam. I arrived for my appointment and was told I am not in the system and not scheduled. They offered to see me later that day but it was a video call appointment and not covered by insurance.
