10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Scheduled my original appointment in September and couldn't get in to actually see the Dr until January 6, received a call to reschedule the appointment in December. The Dr opened availablity for January 15 so I accepted the change. Received a text of verification of the appointment almost 2 weeks ago. Then an emailed verification on Monday 1/12 and another link on Tuesday to pre-register for the appointment. So my husband and I both had an appointment at the office on 10:15/25. We both sat down with the lady that talks about what your insurance will cover and so on. Well we only had enough to pay for my glasses at that time because you know things are so expensive these days. My son has gone to the Keyser location of My eye Doctor he got glasses in June of last year since then, in September of last year, he had an accident on a dirt bike lost his eye and vision in the other eye is distorted. I called my eye Doctor to set up an appointment. And they didn't even try to help me. Just told me that his insurance would not cover until June. I don't understand if someone has had an accident eye put out and distortion to the other eye. Why they would not try to see what they could do to get him taken car... read more
