My son has gone to the Keyser location of My eye Doctor he got glasses in June of last year since then, in September of last year, he had an accident on a dirt bike lost his eye and vision in the other eye is distorted. I called my eye Doctor to set up an appointment. And they didn't even try to help me. Just told me that his insurance would not cover until June. I don't understand if someone has had an accident eye put out and distortion to the other eye. Why they would not try to see what they could do to get him taken car... read more

The staff there were amazing!! Not only did they make me feel comfortable but they were able to help me find some relief for my condition! I have been to many doctors offices for my vision and most of the time I just feel like a number but at My Eye Dr in Keyser Wv, they truly make you feel seen and heard, as well as helping you along your journey! Overall, it was a great experience mainly because the staff is so helpful and sweet.
