Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very negative experience at this place. The staff's attitude completely changed once they realized I wasn't interested in purchasing their overpriced glasses and was only there for an eye exam. They started treating me poorly and spoke to me in a rude manner. Bought a pair of glasses from this store. Lenses scratched up after 1 year of use. The sales clerk told me it was "normal wear and tear." I've been wearing glasses for forty years and this has never happened to any other pair: my first and last with MyEyeDr. Also, the staff is really rude. You will see below a response from MyEyeDr. I got in touch with them; they offered zero actual help. Buyer beware. These glasses are not made from good material and do not last. Shop elsewhere and do not trust MyEyeDr.
Really nice experience. Everyone was nice, and helpful. Office is nice and welcoming. Also June was very helpful with all my questions about contacts.
