Disrespectful front office. Made it feel like she's doing me a favor by answering the phone. Had an attitude the entire time and hung up on me. Second bad experience at this office. Avoid this place

Worst! Got my prescription wrong the first time, after I waited an hour and 30 mins to be seen for that appointment. Tried to schedule another appointment the next day and was told the doctor would be out and doesn’t come to this office regularly - only every two weeks. I came back again in which I waited another hour to be seen (my appointment was at 4:00 pm. I didn’t see the doctor until 5:05 and I left at 5:15 pm because he said he doesn’t know what was wrong with my original prescription since he didn’t see me. No new tr... read more
Great professionals and friendly staff. Dr. Stuart Schatz was very professional and helpful. I always schedule my appointments with him. Other staff were very courteous and respectful at the front desk and glasses ordering technicians. It was a pleasure to be seen there.
