Very professional and polite ,explained to me each event of the eye exam as well as what they’re looking for , and when it comes time to pick frames, they were resourceful and patient , overall the experience was very, very good.
I’ve never been so disappointed in the group of women working at this location front desk. Today August 19th, 11:30am my elderly mother walked in, was turned away due to her insurance as the front lady re explained she started to get hostile and said she was getting hostile because I’m not understanding via phone. I call my mother and she grabs my mother’s phone and starts saying rude remarks and hangs up on me. AGAIN touching my mother’s phone. You only get PD when you buy glasses from them. Makes no sense to get a complete eye exam to get a partial prescription
I had a bad experience at the office I wait 2 hours for my appointment and also when it was time to get the price for my glasses claudia was really rude , she had a attitude at the desk . This office need to do much better with customer services and management
This is an amazing optometrist office. Claudia was especially helpful teaching me how to put my contacts in for the first time. Highly recommended
