I like Dr. Brown, but the rest of the staff is less than impressive. They are not accommodating in any way and no help in selecting frames. Plus they didn't calculate my insurance correctly and I had to go back and pay them more. This wasn't my first bad experience with the staff either. It's always something with them.
If the contact lenses ordered for you do not fit properly - forget it. They charge extra for additional contact lens fittings and for lenses that don't work out unless they are disposables. You are not informed of these additional charges and procedures at the time of your initial visit..
